At Shower Nation we use our own fleet of vehicles and drivers or a reliable 3rd party to ensure your product is delivered to your door safely and securely. 

All items are packaged for safe transportation and are prepared for dispatch by our professional and trained staff.

Our deliveries usually take place Monday - Friday, however special arrangements can be made for weekend deliveries at an additional cost.

We deliver to all destinations which include mainland England, Wales and Scotland.

Upon placing your order with Shower Nation your information is sent to our dispatch team who will contact you to confirm a delivery date as soon as it has been confirmed. Please contact us if you have any access restrictions around your address or if you need to discuss any special requirements you may have for delivery.

 

Mainland UK delivery

We offer a free delivery option on all orders over £150 to mainland England and Wales delivery addresses.

Any orders which are below £150 will incur a standard delivery charge of £25.

For those times you need your order delivered urgently we also offer an express delivery option for a cost of £35 on orders over £150 and £45 for orders below £150.

Delivery charges are only applicable once per order, regardless of how many items are ordered.

 

Scotland delivery

We try our upmost to facilitate delivery at the best possible price all over the UK. However due to logistics and additional costs involved, our Scotland deliveries will incur a standard delivery charge of £45 irrespective of the total order value.

We also offer an express delivery option to Scotland addresses at a cost of £65.

 

Please note: it is the responsibility of the customer to check the goods upon delivery before signing for them. Signing for them accepts they were received in good condition and undamaged.

 

If there is any sign of damage, please sign as "damaged" and report to us within 48 hours - claims for damage will not otherwise be accepted by our courier.

You must inform us of any discrepancies whatsoever within 48 hours of delivery. Reasonable assistance must be provided to the delivery driver to help unload.

Delivery is made to curb side / ground floor only. No responsibility can be accepted for any damage claims once the item is fitted.

All responsibility of the goods lies with the buyer once the item has been received. We do not cover for consequential loss, labour or courier / transport costs.

If there is visible damage to any item, we ask you provide photographs of the damage to our customer service team as soon as possible (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). Our team will assess the damage to ascertain the best solution as soon as possible.

If there are access restrictions around your address, please inform us immediately as we may need to make special arrangements. If we are not contacted, and the delivery cannot be made due to poor access, you will be liable for a redelivery charge to bring the delivery out again on a smaller vehicle.  These are terms of sale.
